Serve as the Product Owner for credit card digital account opening experience managing the backlog, development, QA testing, and deployment.
Enhance the credit card application experience by utilizing UX best practices and competitive research within and outside of the banking industry.
Create and update high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes using Sketch, InVision, and Figma to rapidly iterate on new design components to simplify the lengthy business credit card application.
Implement new, and maintain existing, regulatory measures to be in compliance with financial regulators.
